Comparative study: Shaun Tan

I have went through the three individual case studies carried out on the works of Shaun Tan. Using the analytical framework of questions I compared each of the answers to try and see if there were similarities, patterns or themes that ran through these works. I have come to a conclusion that the design of these books has just as an important role as the the text and illustrations themselves. The comparative study will form a large part of the final written piece on this particular artist, however I will read through interpretations of others, interviews and papers written by Shaun Tan before writing up a final conclusion of this particular case study. I will also try to write this formally as though for my dissertation so that the work can be used again, the combined analysis is shown below.
